What you need:
- mortar mixed with class 3.25 cement or our Vetromalta cement, made especially for glass blocks
- iron roxors for better stability and mechanical resistance
- spacers to create precise gaps between blocks
Manual:
1. Good mortar base
We start the assembly by preparing a good mortar base on the assembly surface. After the applied mortar has dried, we go to step two.
2. Place the blocks
Place the blocks on the laid foundation and join them with mortar from below and from the sides. As you place the individual glass blocks, be sure to separate them with spacers.
3. Insert roxors
We can now insert roxors between the individual blocks for better building stability. Roxors should not be more than 50cm apart. If possible, insert roxors horizontally, mounted on the side wall.
4. Assembly completion
Continue installing new rows according to steps 2 and 3, until the assembly is completed.
5. Finish the last details
When the construction is finished, you can remove excessive mortar and, if necessary, additionally fill the joints. Finally, peel off the protective foils from blocks and thoroughly clean the wall.

Clear 19/8 Allbend Wave
Clear glossy glass block with a wave decor on the inside. The formwork is designed for arched walls! Popular for its high light transmission and easy maintenance. An ideal choice for showers and bathrooms.
16 pieces are needed for a construction made entirely of Allbend blocks. Such a structure will have an outer diameter of 61 cm and an inner diameter of 45 cm.
To achieve a larger diameter, Allbend blocks can be combined with blocks of size 1909/8 in a 1:1 ratio, i.e. 15 x 2 pcs. Such a structure will have an outer diameter of 111 cm and an inner diameter of 95 cm.

Ideal for creating flag type walls and for finishing dividing walls for interiors and exteriors, when the end part of the wall is not resting on the surrounding masonry.
The use of the linear end block makes it possible to limit the use of other materials (cement, plastic, wood or alluminium), for simpler and quicker installation and a lighter and more harmomious final result.
In the case of flag type walls the linear end block is used in association with the curved wall end block in the Basic Line.
