What you need:

• mortar mixed with class 3.25 cement or our Vetromalta cement, made especially for glass blocks
• iron roxors for better stability and mechanical resistance
• spacers to create precise gaps between blocks

Manual:

1. Good mortar base

We start the assembly by preparing a good mortar base on the assembly surface. After the applied mortar has dried, we go to step two.

2. Place the blocks

Place the blocks on the laid foundation and join them with mortar from below and from the sides. As you place the individual glass blocks, be sure to separate them with spacers.

3. Insert roxors

We can now insert roxors between the individual blocks for better building stability. Roxors should not be more than 50cm apart. If possible, insert roxors horizontally, mounted on the side wall.

4. Assembly completion

Continue installing new rows according to steps 2 and 3, until the assembly is completed.

5. Finish the last details

When the construction is finished, you can remove excessive mortar and, if necessary, additionally fill the joints. Finally, peel off the protective foils from blocks and thoroughly clean the wall.

Manual:

1. Prepare the area

Measure the wall and floor where you want to install a glass partition. The walls must be at a 90˚ angle to each other. The surface must be clean and free of any dirt before gluing the profiles.

2. Apply glue

Apply the supplied glue to the profiles.

3. Install profiles

When installing the blocks, install the profiles together with another layer of glue so that the glue is always on all joints of the blocks and profiles between them.

4. Complete construction

Repeat the steps 2 and 3 until you have completed the construction.

5. Finish the last details

Finally, joint the entire wall with the required jointing compound and after the block has hardened, clean it from impurities (same technological process as when grouting the cladding).

Manual:

1. Prepare the surface

Make sure that the surface on which we will lay glass blocks is straight and cleaned of coarse dirt.

2. Make the base

We rip off one tip from the crosses so that it takes the shape of the letter T. We connect the profiles using modified crosses so that they describe the floor plan of the building area and then we screw them to the ground in the marked places.

3. Lay blocks

We lay the blocks so that there are profiles and crosses between them, according to the video below.

Manual:

1. Prepare the surface

Make sure that the area on which we will build is level. If we are building next to a wall, the surface must form an angle of at least 90° with the wall.

2. Prepare the base

We connect the profiles using crosses so that they describe the floor plan of the building area. If necessary, we will adjust the crosses. Then we screw the base to the ground in the marked places.

3. Lay blocks

We lay the blocks so that there are profiles and crosses between them, according to the video below. To complete the construction, it is necessary to leave a space of at least 40 millimeters above the last row to insert the top row of profiles and crosses.

4. Grouting

Finally, we patch up the gaps between the blocks. You can use quick-drying mortar. If you are building in a humid environment, such as bathroom, we recommend using silicone instead.

5. Cleaning

We will clean the construction with a sponge. If we used quick-drying mortar, clean the structure with a moist cloth.
